Elizabeth Siplin

Meet Elizabeth Siplin, Class of 2022!
Elizabeth currently works for Empact Solutions, LLC. Empact Solutions is committed to helping organizations solve their business management challenges by acting as a Professional Management Consultant. Elizabeth brings decades of consulting experience, industry connections, and professional asset management skills to help companies serve their own customers through more efficient management channels.
She is retired from the United States Army as a Sergeant Major after 27 years of active duty service. Siplin served as a Military Police and Director of Emergency Services SGM, trained as a Marksman Observer-Sniper, Repel Master, Drill Sergeant and Battle Staff instructor for the United States Sergeant Academy. Deployed to Iraq for Operation Iraqi Freedom receiving a Bronze Star and also awarded one of the highest military awards, the Legion of Merit Award for exceptional military service. Siplin is also the proud mother of Jaihde Williams who is currently a Pharmacy Doctoral student enrolled at the University of Findley.
Elizabeth is the business owner of Empact Solutions and a local Senior Pastor. She leads a team that includes veterans and professionals with expertise in professional development training and organizational management. As Senior Pastor, she guides the spiritual directions of church and serves the community through faith-based leadership.
In her free time, Siplin enjoys traveling and taking naps to recharge! When asked if Siplin has visited the 2022 class project since community service day, Siplin replied yes, and that she felt proud of the work her class completed.
We asked Elizabth what is next for her. She said "I'm focused on scaling my business to create more employment opportunities and expanding its impact. Additionally, I am dedicated to developing greater awareness of spiritual and mental wellness through the publication of my new book and daily journal, which will serve as valuable tools for personal growth and reflection".
