Meet Esther Matthews! LSPAA's August Alumni Spotlight

Meet Esther Matthews, MSW, MLC. Matthews is the President and CEO of All Administrative Solutions, LLC. As President and CEO, Matthews runs a mid-sized training and staffing company specializing in human resources training. All Administrative Solutions, LLC. assists businesses, non-profit organizations, government entities, and other organizations with their needs.

Matthews is a graduate of the Leadership St. Pete class of 2021 (best class ever), and she continued involvement with the Leadership St. Pete program by serving on the Planning Committee (PC) for the Leadership St. Pete class of 2022. Matthews biggest takeaway from being both a class member and PC for Leadership St. Pete is that “unity makes all of us stronger!”

Matthews has visited the 2021 class project at Westcare’s Mustard Seed Inn several times since completing it and shared that it is “humbling and inspiring to know that all the hard work invested has left a lasting impression”. Matthews name is engraved on the brick pavers as a reminder of the commitment to continue this work.

When Matthews is not working, she enjoys reading and kayaking. When asked what is next for her, Matthews replied “continued growth and leadership in St. Petersburg”.

Final thoughts from Esther: “With a collective effort and a group of people who have the same goal, we can accomplish anything!”
